Plan of attack

This week's plan of attack on the fat monster!!

Monday - Weight Loss TEAM training
Tuesday - Zumba
Wednesday - Weight Loss TEAM training
Thursday - Barbell Strength Class
Friday - Weight Loss TEAM training
Saturday - FIT OR Zumba
Sunday - Cardio Kickboxing or Zumba

All at Lifetime....one day I will be taking off (more than likely Thursday), but not entirely sure.  We'll see how the week plays out.

Today's Menu:

Breakfast - Oatmeal, Banana, Green Tea
Snack - Chobani Yogurt
Lunch - Quinoa Salad, clementines
Snack - Chobani Yogurt, clementines
Dinner - To be Determined (I GOTTA start planning more)

I took some time today to read through my blog and inspire and motivate MYSELF!  How great is THAT?!?!

I ALSO got an email from GNC and ended up placing a $260+ order (not including tax) for only $100!!!  Great deals on their website...ONE DAY ONLY!!  Check it out!  I've got vitamins and a cleanse in the mail for both Chad and myself! YAY!
