Another New Beginning
I'm going to start this blog entry with a quote (my new favorite)...
Today I woke up feeling amazing. I had already decided that today was going to be yet another start of a healthier lifestyle (again). I was sitting at the table doing some paperwork and stretched, arching my back over the back of my dining room table and felt the tiniest *pop* between my shoulder blades and instantly my neck was stiff and I couldn't straighten it. A call to the chiropractor postponed nap time and my previously intended work out. The visit to the chiropractor was a tearful one and I was in a lot of pain when I left, but I was determined to MOVE today. I was instructed to NOT lift anything I didn't have to, so I figured an hour on my stationary bike should do the trick of getting me to move without straining my neck and still being able to spend time with my kids at home. So that's what I did.
A very motivational inspirational person came in to my life 2 weeks ago and today I am incredibly thankful for him.
"God doesn't give you the people you want, He gives you the people you need. To help you, to hurt you, to leave you, to love you and to make you the person you were meant to be."I believe 100% in this quote and have started to identify the reasons for some of the people in my life. This weekend I decided it's enough of the bullshit. No more excuses, no more procrastinating, no more slacking, GAME ON!
