Goals

My current major goal: To be under 200 lbs by Thanksgiving
My Goals:
I want........
To be strong enough to get on a horse unassisted.
To be able to do just 1 chin up (I couldn't even do that in H.S.)
To be able to run a whole 5K in under 30 minutes.
To be able to run a whole 10K.
To be too small to shop in ANY plus size section.
For my dad's pants to be too big on me (size 34)
To wear a two piece bathing suit (NOT a tankini)
To be able to ride rides at amusement parks.
To be able to get my belly button pierced.
To complete the Tough Mudder Adventure Race

My accomplishments so far:
07/23/09 - My back is less sore when I wake up in the morning.
07/28/09 - I could comfortably tighten my belt to the second hole.
07/28/09 - My "back fat" is noticably less...ha ha ha
07/30/09 - My rings are hard to keep on.
07/31/09 - Pat noticed I was losing weight
07/31/09 - I carried Zak in his carseat from the car in to Target without getting winded or breaking a sweat.
07/31/09 - I got up off the floor without holding on to anything.
07/31/09 - When I knelt down my butt actually touches my heals.
08/07/09 - I can wear a pair of jeans that I couldn't wear since BEFORE Izabella was born.
08/12/09 - My "Rock Goddess" t-shirt is not too tight on "the girls" anymore.
08/18/09 - I can complete my treadmill routine without holding on or stopping at all.
08/22/09 - I can see a difference in pictures.

I took a LONG break from working out, eating right, etc from October to January and didn't start recording my accomplishments until April 2010.

04/24/10 - I bought a size 18/20 dress!
06/04/10 - I am officially under 300 lbs!
06/11/10 - I bought the smallest shirt in the "plus size" section at Target.  I'll be out of that section for good soon!
06/18/10 - I sat in a plastic outdoor patio chair and FIT!
06/19/10 - Painting my toes was a piece of cake.  No contorsionist skills needed.
06/20/10 - I jogged for 1 minute straight and my legs hurt long before I got out of breath.
06/22/10 - Hubby and I BOTH noticed that my arms LOOK smaller.
07/07/10 - I completed my first 5K in 48mins 3secs
08/25/10 5:50am - I am officially down at least 100 lbs from the highest weight I remember being.
09/18/10 - I did NOT hit my 250lb goal, but I was 254 the morning of the wedding and I'm VERY proud of that!
09/22/10 - I am officially lighter than my hubby.  He said "You're making me feel fat."
09/29/10 - I have officially hit my 250 lb goal!  I'm thrilled and only about a week and a half after I originally aimed for!  Not too bad!
10/05/10 - I won the weight loss challenge!  Lost 33.4lbs, 21 inches, and 11.589% body fat in 12 weeks.
10/28/10 - I DID IT!  This morning at 7am, I was 241 lbs!!  The smallest I have EVER been in my adult life! (Previous "smallest" was 243)
11/9/10 - Completed a mile walk/jog in 11minutes 55 seconds.
11/24/10 - Thanskgiving morning, ice snow and 6 degrees I completed an OUTDOOR 5K in 44mins 3 secs!
02/06/10 - The number 230 showed up on my mom's scale!
02/07/10 - Got my results from my blood work and I no longer need to be on a thyroid hormone replacement!! YAY!
02/09/11 - My calves are finally small enough to wear knee high socks!!  Boots are next! WAHOO!
02/23/11 - My weight this morning was 229.0!!  I am officially lighter than I was in high school!  *doing a happy dance*
03/31/11 - I tried on the "goal shirt" I bought two summers ago.  Size L from Maurice's - IT FIT!
03/31/11 - I ran an ENTIRE mile without stopping or walking....10 minutes 42 seconds!
04/30/11 - I ran an ENTIRE 5K without stopping or walking!!!! 39 minutes 22 seconds!  Get in Gear 5K
05/10/11 - I held a side plank and stacked my feet!! YAY!
05/12/11 - Completed a 1 mile run in 9 minutes 53 seconds
08/02/11 - Held a full V-sit!!  I've struggled with this for as long as I've been doing boot camp.
