OW!

Ok, so this morning I thought my quad was doing so much better and I was more worried about my glute...that changed REALLY quick!  Later this afternoon I was sitting on one of my feet and when I went to pull it out from underneath me I pulled my OTHER quad!  WTH is going on!?!?!  I think I need to keep closer track of what I'm eating.  Tina asked me tonight if I was eating enough protein.  My first thought was "Yes!", but I haven't been keeping track so I guess I'm not 100% sure.  I think it's time to start journaling.

Bootcamp was tonight and I had to modify my lunges, because they were just straight up impossible with my quads feeling the way they do.  I've agreed to NOT sit on my feet anymore even though it IS how I'm most comfortable.  I am in a crazy amount of pain, so it'll be advil + hot shower + stretching + ice will hopefully = decent sleep tonight.

A lot of the girls were moaning and groaning about how challenging boot camp was tonight and I kind of felt bad, because I didn't think it was hard AT ALL! Ok ok ok, maybe the plank, push up, tricep hover, etc set was a little hard, but mostly because it killed my wrists!  If I wasn't in so much pain I totally would've went for a run.

Tomorrow I get to work with my trainer's trainer, Julie, to try to correct my muscle imbalance in my legs.  When I squat my knees pull toward each other.  Excited to work with Julie again!  It's been too long :)
