So I think Wednesdays have become my "refocus" day. Sometimes over the weekend I lose sight of my goals and with the stress of the work week the focus isn't always 100% there on Monday mornings when the weekend is done. I think my Wednesdays are great for many reasons....we're already half way through the work week, I completed a fantastic workout the night before at bootcamp, I normally watch Biggest Loser Wednesday mornings before daycare kids arrive for the day, and it's a low number daycare day. This morning I'm just feeling amazing! My quads felt better when I first got up, but I'm really having a hard time NOT sitting with my foot under myself, which is putting stress and too much stretch on and into my quads :( It's apparently a very unconscious habitual thing I do. So needless to say, my quads are starting to hurt. I've done a lot of stretching and have started recording my food intake already this morning. Hopefully I can get refocused after Easter and back on the healthy band wagon.
Tonight, I get to work with the first trainer that ever made any kind of difference in my life, Julie Page with Total Wellness Coaching. She is fantastic and the very first reason I fell in love with boot camp to begin with. She definitely knows her stuff when it comes to nutrition and exercise and I trust her very very much! It's kind of ironic, because my first boot camp after a YEAR "off" I expected to have Julie as my trainer and I was so so sooooo skeptical when it was Tina, because I loved Julie so much. SO skeptical in fact that I almost gave up the $50 deposit and decided against boot camp all together. I feel AWFUL for feeling nervous at all....Tina is a WONDERFUL trainer and an even greater friend! I will forever be dedicated to Total Wellness Coaching. These two ladies have done so much to help me along this journey of mine and I appreciate every push, every step up, every burpee, box jump, plank, and "don't stop!". So needless to say I'm super excited to work with Julie tonight! I haven't gotten to work with her in a very long time and as much as I LOVE Tina, I miss Julie too.
