*cough*cough*wheeze*wheeze* Ok one more set!

This morning my workout at the gym was CHALLENGING.  My appetite and whatever chest cold I'm dealing with made me feel like I was hit by a truck and I didn't feel like eating.  This morning same thing.  However my fever broke last night about 2am, so that's a plus.  I MIGHT be on the upswing.  The coughing and shortness of breath is much more today than it was yesterday though and my rescure albuterol inhaler doesn't seem to be helping much.  So I struggled through my workout, but here's what I managed to get done:

3 set of 15 reps of the following:

Tricep pulls downs
Weighted Squats (70 lbs + whatever the machine weighs - no clue)
Back Extension w/a 30 lb weight held to my chest
Bicep curls (15 lbs in each hand)
Abductors w/100 lbs of resisitence

After that was all done (about 25 minutes) I hopped on the eliptical.  HOWEVER even though the resistance was the same I was MUCH slower this morning and went through 64 ounces of water there.  So many times I wanted to throw in the towel and go home and lay on the couch until it was time to work at 8am, but I pushed through and survived.

My entire body is sore this morning and I can better identify it's from my workouts the last two days, where last night's pain was very different and probably driven by whatever illness my body is fighting.  If my breathing doesn't improve in the next couple days I'll be heading to the dr.
