Today's Menu Quick

Breakfast: Better Oats Blueberry Muffin Oatmeal, Apple
Snack: Greek Yogurt
Lunch: Shrimp Stirfry w/Quinoa
Snack: Sugar Snap Peas w/Hummus & Almonds
Dinner: Chicken and Dumplings (leftover from last week)
