Today's menu and Yesterday's workout

Last night I decided to vacuum and hand scrub my apartment after the mop didn't do as well as I wanted.  So THAT is my workout for the night.  I was sweating and my muscles hurt this morning...who needs a gym!!?

Today's Menu:

Breakfast: Blueberry Muffin Better Oats Oatmeal
Snack: Jalapeno Sting Cheese, Apple
Lunch: THE LAST OF THE TATERTOT HOTDISH! YAY! & clementines
Snack: Blueberry Fage Greek Yogurt, Apple
Dinner: Chicken and Dumplings
