Tina and I were talking yesterday and she asked if I would be open to switching up my routine a little bit and see how my body reacts to something new. While I was a tad nervous what crazy stuff she was going to come up with I told her I was game. So yesterday she emailed me this 6 week "plan". It'll be interesting to see how it plays out. I may create a new tab to record my numbers for all to see, so watch for that.
