So yesterday I had my doubts that I worked out hard enough at the gym, even though I spent an hour. But this morning there is no doubt in my mind at all and that's because my shoulders and chest muscles are aching. My abs were definitely engaged but not sore and the tops of my thighs are definitely feeling it too, thanks to holding a wall sit while tossing a 10 lb medicine ball back and forth with Joe. Tonight I'm REALLY hoping to get in to the Zumba class at 7pm, but if not I've decided I'll be doing some type of cardio (elliptical, treadmill, etc) because it would not be a smart decision to do a "Barbell Strength" class the day after I did weight training.
