Bootcamp last night was great! We did a walk/run to warm up and even though I HAD to walk the whole mile, which infuriated me, I feel like I got something out of it. We came back and did a circuit workout and some plank moves in the hallway and guess what....TINA TOOK PICTURES!!! You'll see my side plank was definitely piked, but I did it and did it the best I could.
Today I texted Tina and asked her what I should do today and tomorrow morning to prep for the 5K we are running tomorrow. She said "Nice easy walk, drink water, increase carbs. Tomorrow - breakfast and water, bring carb/protein snack for before the race." I've been doing better today food wise than I have for a while and I'm so excited for the race tomorrow!!
