Workout 1 of 4 DONE

So last night at bootcamp was a KILLER (to put it mildly).  Tina kicked our butt!!  I felt amazing afterward, but always on Thursdays she expects 3 good workouts (cardio OR strength training) between Friday & Monday.  My goal for the weekend is to workout all 4 days.  Today I did my Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga DVD and boy oh boy can I feel it.  My shoulders and arms are still a little tired from last nights bootcamp so some of the yoga moves were a little challenging, but I survived and feel awesome!  Now, on with the rest of my Friday! :)
