We rock!

A girlfriend of mine and I went for a walk/jog last night.  We completed one lap around our block (about 1.5 miles) is 20 minutes.  I continued on for another lap and finished with a total of 39 minutes for approximately 3 miles!  I was so excited and felt awesome afterward.

Tonight is the weight loss challenge AND bootcamp, wish me luck!
