Bootcamp last night was definitely a challenge, but the rush after we're done is amazing! I'm not near as sore this morning as I expected to be, which is awesome! We did about 4 or 5 circuits, each with 4 exercises and we did 4 sets of each circuit. Each circuit focused on a different part of the body (legs, arms, back/abs, core, etc). I HAVE to start working out at home on non-bootcamp days as well if I want to meet the goals I set for myself. I only have 5 weeks of bootcamp left! Time to get serious and push myself to my limits! I gotta rock this!
Goals for bootcamp
1. To reach my milestone goal of 229lbs
2. To increase my strength by atleast 50%
3. To complete the mile run in under 12 minutes (currently at 13min38secs)
4. To lose 10 inches total
